Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover alternators that have been:

• Submerged in water
• Used in vehicles with electrical loads of 85% or more of the alternator’s hot-rated output
• Run with a lithium battery system without a DC-to-DC charger
• Installed with wiring that has not been upgraded to handle the alternator’s increased output

These conditions ensure safe operation and protect the alternator from overload or improper installation.
