Loctite 263 Threadlocker High Strength Red 10ml

LOCTITE® 263 is a red, high-strength, primerless threadlocker designed for permanently locking and sealing bolts, nuts, and studs. Ideal for heavy duty applications such as studs into motor housings, it prevents fastener loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration. The product can withstand high temperatures (up to 182°C / 360°F) and is oil tolerant. Disassembly requires heat.

How to Use:

1. Preparation - Cleaning: Use LOCTITE® SF 7063, SF 7064, or SF 7070 to degrease and clean surfaces.
2. Preparation - Activation: For passive metals or low temperatures, use activator LOCTITE® SF 7240 or SF 7649.
3. Application: Apply threadlocker to the engagement area. Use a peristaltic handgun or LOCTITE® Pro Pump for consistent volume.
4. Through Hole: Insert bolt, apply threadlocker, assemble nut, and tighten to specified torque.
5. Blind Hole: Assemble and tighten. Torque multiple bolts in the fixture as required.
